رضا الجمّال (52عامًا)، سيدة طموحة من غزة، تعمل منذ30 عام في مجال الخياطة وتجهيز الحجابات الشرعية من الجلبابات والعبايات، وحتى الخمارات التي افتقدها السوق خلال حرب الإبادة، وذلك عدا عن إنتاجها للفساتين بمهارة عالية يتواصل على إثرها الناس معها؛ من أجل تفصيل القطع المميزة.

مبادرة "بس لو" تعمل على مساعدة الشباب في المحتاجين من خلال توفير مقومات استقلالهم المهني وخاصةً الشباب الناجح في مسيرته المهنية ويحتاج لبعض مقومات استمرار هذا النجاح، عملاً بالمقولة الشهرية “لا تعطني سمكة بل علّمني كيف أصطاد” ولاء أبو ضباع (37 عام) متزوجة وأم لخمسة من الأبناء، وحاصلة على شهادتين واحدة في اللغة الإنجليزية والثانية في علم الاجتماع.
