As part of its humanitarian efforts during the holy month of Ramadan, Al-Khair Foundation implemented a series of Ramadan initiatives in Indonesia that included the distribution of food parcels and the organization of iftar meals for fasting individuals. These initiatives are part of the foundation’s programs aimed at supporting vulnerable families and promoting the values of solidarity during the blessed month.
In Sukoharjo, the foundation launched a Ramadan food parcel distribution campaign targeting a number of families in need. The arrival of the assistance created an atmosphere of joy and gratitude among local residents, as the aid helped support their essential needs during Ramadan.
Extending these efforts, Al-Khair Foundation carried out a similar campaign in Bogor, where food parcels were distributed to beneficiary families. This initiative aims to ease living burdens and strengthen the spirit of solidarity and compassion among members of the community.
The Ramadan activities in Indonesia also included organizing iftar meals for fasting individuals over six days during the month of Ramadan. Iftar meals were served at various locations to reach fasting individuals at mosques, among families in need, and even along roadsides, ensuring that iftar reached the largest possible number of beneficiaries.
These initiatives come as part of Al-Khair Foundation’s broader Ramadan programs, through which it seeks to expand humanitarian assistance, distribute food parcels, and provide iftar meals for fasting individuals across several countries, supporting the most vulnerable communities and reinforcing the values of generosity and solidarity during the holy month of Ramadan.
