As part of its humanitarian efforts during the holy month of Ramadan, Al-Khair Foundation implemented the Ramadan Food Parcel Distribution Project in Sri Lanka. The initiative falls its programs aimed at supporting the most vulnerable families and promoting the values of solidarity and compassion during the blessed month.
The process included several integrated stages, beginning with the preparation of food parcels containing essential items needed by families during Ramadan. This was followed by the careful sorting and organization of the assistance, in addition to preparing accurate lists of beneficiary families to ensure that support reaches those most in need with the highest standards of organization and transparency.
The foundation’s field team also worked on the ground to oversee the various stages of distribution and to ensure that the Ramadan aid reached the beneficiary families. This step reflects Al-Khair Foundation’s commitment to implementing humanitarian relief programs in an organized manner that achieves a direct and meaningful impact on families in need.
This initiative comes as part of a series of humanitarian and Ramadan projects implemented by Al-Khair Foundation in several countries, with the aim of expanding the scope of humanitarian assistance and reaching the largest possible number of families in need during the holy month of Ramadan.
